A personalized order will be created for you, and can be adjusted as needed before your final decision is made.
A signed contract and a 50% non-refundable deposit on the rental total is needed to commit to rental and reserve your inventory.
Customers are responsible for the replacement/repair cost of items damaged or lost during the rental period.
Rental fees for items include cleaning fee prior to delivery and upon the order’s return. If excessive labor is involved in cleaning items once they are returned.
A Refundable security deposit of 50% of total rental cost is required 2 weeks before your event to cover possible damage, the deposit will be fully refunded within 7 days. If damage exceeds the deposit, you will be billed for additional cost.
Rental balance is due 1 month (30 days) before your event, along with security deposit.
We will deliver outside of Columbia with an order minimum of $300. We are locate in Columbia which is one hour from Augusta, Aiken, Florence and 50 minutes from Charlotte. We are two and half hours away from Charleston, Greenville and Spartanburg.
